5th Annual Pirate Party.
Arrrrrrrr .... Captain Jack has been
abroad and has plundered a grand selection of spirts and booty for
his thirsty band of cutthroats and brethern. The date is set and
there will be fair sailing for all to gather in East Dubuque,
Illinois for Captain Jack's 5th Annual Pirate Party and Treasure
Hunt, on the 5th & 6th of September, 2009.
THIS IS A 2-DAY EVENT!!!
Whether ye love searching for hidden booty, Island Music, open
water boating, gunnery contests, or just good food and good
drink... there be something here for YOU! Midtown Marina, better
know to the brethren as Port McDowel will be awash with Captains,
Pirates, Wenches and small bucaneers not seen in the waters of the
Mississippi River in over a year. Captain Jack abides by only one
rule, that being there are no rules! In the past 4 years this port
has seen its' share of Pirates decending on the port in search of
the Captain's booty. Last year there efforts failed as the
Captain's Quarter Master hid his treasure well, however this year
the Captain is an anxious man. He has doubled his treasure and
thinks some will be hell bent to find it.
So.............. if you be not faint of heart, mark ye calendar
and set yer course for Midtown Marina in East Dubuque, Illinois for
a whale of a time.
